The below classes are all held at the clinic and are $50 a month:
Group Beginner Tai Chi — Thursdays evenings from 6-7pm.
Group Qi Gong — Saturday mornings from 10-11am.
Group Advance Tai — Saturday mornings from 11am-12pm.
Private Qi Gong classes are by appointment only. Please contact for pricing if interested.
